Oh no, I have the bug.
I straight shaved for the first time today with my ODH and loved it. So what did I do when I saw this in a small shop today? I talked them down from $45 to $32 and bought it.
Just what I need, another AD[emoji1]

Thanked: 2284Oh man! your on a roll! Another with very little hone wear, and a big time name to boot. Frederick Reynolds are among the most desired Sheffield blades, and one of my favourites too. Scales look to be in great shape, but I suspect a great deal of rust around the pivot pin. If I were you, I'd send that one to Glen as well to work his magic on. You'll then have 2 perfect representations, of 2 different styles of straight razors. The German spike point, and the English smiling wedge.

Thanked: 4826Yup, I cannot help but agree with all those points. It should make it to wow fairly easily, with all the original trimmings.
It's not what you know, it's who you take fishing!

Awesome razor! Don't have a Reynolds in the stable yet but haven't found bad Sheffield steel yet. That one is gonna hone up and shave super I'm sure!

That's a winner for sure! I have nothing against Frederick Reynolds. They are among some of the best Sheffield straights.
