I have a weaknes
I really thought i was not going to bid on anymore untill way after Christmas. Then i saw this one and bid before i knew what i was doing. Then it was too late. I was sent a counter offer and again in stead of just walking away i countered. well at least i have one when my others wear out. Now i just have to live that long. The bad thing about it is i don't even know what size it is.

How could you not bid? It stands A No. 1.
Seriously, I bet it will be an excellent shaving razor. It's a Reynolds, right?

Too bad I didn't see it first. I could have saved you from yourself. I'd say 6/8 or 13/16. That's a very cool etch on the blade.

Man that's totally a cool razor! Holy cow, I'd have a weakness for something like that too!!!! Great score.............
It doesn't even look like it has touched a hone!

I don't know about this yet but i have a frederick reynolds that looks like it with out the etching and it shaves very nicely. i have about 5 razors that i haven't hone because of the condition being so good with etching that is very clear. This may very well be another that doesn't see the hone. Just one that i can hold and cherish. Then again i do like to hone.

I received the razor today and it really looks better in hand than in the photos. it is a 7/8 and it cleaned up with just a little semi-chrome and a very old T shirt. I oiled it and wrapped in wax paper and put in the safe. i Haven't made up my mind on whether to hone or not as of right now it's with the ones that are for keeping. I'll make up my mind in January after i get back from the hospital. I'll have about 3 months of doing nothing so i'll have plenty of time to decide.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Every One.
