I haven't received this one yet, but I'm looking forward to getting it and trying it out. Im thinking of putting new scales onto it, as I'm not a huge fan of the ones already on it. What do you all think. ... For 16.50$ I feel like even if I hate it I still made a bid win. Lol. I probably would have liked it more if it wasn't round point. .. Also not a huge fan of rounds. Maybe I'll Frankenstein this one into something resembling a Spanish. ... any tips?

You did just fine for that price, I would leave the scales as they are...they fit the razor. Just hone it if it needs it, or send it to be honed, then use the dickens out of it!

It arrived today And seems to be in pretty good shape. Needs the pin tightened and the bevel reset. Needs some cleaning and polishing but overall in super happy with the purchase. Oddly enough there seems to have been a considerable amount of honing done to this blade with almost zero spine wear....Small miracles, eh?
