The Tower Brand was a trade mark used by J. Holler. He was a New York merchant that imported both English and German blades. Looks more English than German. Your guess.

Good luck on the surgery Roger! I know the feeling with the back well. I've had 2 back surgeries & have metal in there now but it is much worse ever since a drunk driver made me go down last year........
