Although not "steal" prices, but yet still purdy durned inexpensive, I came away from the local market pretty happy. A W&B for Barber's Use 15/16 with a very pristine blade, and a J. Champon, Sheffield 7/8 wedge in really good shape, and a C?rater Guard Razor Co., Constantine, Michigan hone in pretty good condition. May go back for a W&B Masonic and large F. Reynolds frameback. Same guy has a nice Wostie too......decisions, decisions. About at the end of the funds jar.

Any guesses on the age of the Champon would be appreciated. It has an interesting repair at the back of the pivot. The W&B has been scratched names as shown, but I find it interesting that there are two names and not that much evident wear. Go figure. They have been photoed, and unless they are somebody's relative, will soon disappear.
