I have a Cattaraugus and a Clauss ground like it as well. Much different than one might think. Stiff, but the top grind gives the blade a unique personality, I think!

Your pic shows the grind better than my pics. They aren't really a full hollow. They are smooth shavers, Millard Filmore Robeson and George Korn were on to something.

I still like the heft of the older Sheffies, but these are fun every now and then. I'm glad now that I went ahead and gave the guy a twenty dollar bill for the pair. LMAO

Grazor, I'm still hanging. Taking some time off from work and trying to get my blood pressure down. Working on a job change, if that doesn't work, I'll probably retire from the insane asylum that place where I'm at now has turned into.

Still using my ugly old paint stirrers for the most part. Wife wishes I'd use 'em a bit more regular. I figger every three or four days is enough, she disagrees. Oh well.
