    I caught this straight at the bay for $10. I believe this to be a pre 1891 Wade&Butcher. The blade profile is a bit off chip repair in the past I guess. I plan on making oak scales from a wine barrel stave leaving the wine staining as much as possible.Name:  IMG_4651.jpg

    Should clean up very nicely and be a good shaver. You could salvage the scales and keep it original. Give them a light sand and soak in some neatsfoot oil for a day. It would almost be a shame not to try. Good luck.
