Default decent flea weekend finds...i think

couple of weeks after i join the forum and in rolls the somewhat local flea market.
I went there hoping to find a few and left with these two. The seemed in good shape. and pretty inexpensive

    Boker - perfection

Henckels 060 as shared in the clan subforum

went to an antique store the same day looking for mod furniture (not expecting to find sharp shiny things) and couldn't help but leave with these two. dirt cheap
    Torrey

Imperial - really like the looks of this one

just, just over a Benjamin for the four. seem like reasonable finds

    - wife (at the end of the day) asks me :"how many straight razors does one need? like, how many do forum members own?"
    - me "probably a dozen or so..."

She must worry that I'm on a site full of enablers...

It looks like a good start. Yes you are on a site full of like minded people, some may say enablers. The Heckles 60 used to have a guard on it. Sort of the first phase of safety razors.

Those are nice. I'll just repeat something a guy told me in 1988 that I wish I'd have listened to ....... "If you can't be satisfied with what you have, you'll never be satisfied with what you get." Have fun .......
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

That explains the interesting spine detent. Thanks for the tip
I also like how the boker brand is on the back side on that perfection, cool finds
    Enjoy the pursuit.
I remember early on saying I just wanted one good razor from every country that made a quality razor, either now, or before.
Pretty much have that now, and a few spares. All except Italy. And I suppose I should add Ukraine and Belgium to the list based on the works I've seen from a few makers..
    Have fun.
