Size: 31.2 KB I've watched this one for a long time. The photos really kill the sell ability of the razor. I know i've looked over a month so i contacted the seller and ask a question or two and then made a small offer. To my surprise it was accepted and now on it's way to me. It should have been here last Thursday but so far no sign of it. It left Memphis Tn on it's way to me which is about 100 miles. They must be hand delivering it on foot. anyway it'll be good to see if i guessed right or wrong.

I wish you good luck! The top of the spine looks promising. I don't see any significant hone wear, which generally means the blade shape should be good. The honey horn scales look excellent too.

I'd bet my right...... hell bet them both that you've got a keeper.

Post er up when she arrives.

The blade has dark places that i believe are shadows or at least i hope it is. I've taken chances on razors like this before and sometimes i do well and others the bear gets me.

This one left Memphis Tn 5-12-16. I live about 120 miles away I CKed on it on the USPS tracking site today and it's still on it's way from Memphis. They must have found it in the corner some were because the date it left has changed from the 12 to the 26. Maybe i will see it tomorrow.

The seller just sent me a full refund for this razor. I still want the razor and if the post do find it and get it to me i will send the seller the money for it. That would be the right thing to do . The Post office handle millions of pcs. of mail a day so i really can't be mad just disappointed.

Hip Hip Who Ray. It came today. The scales were toast. Broken through the wedge pin. The blade didn't have any rust but there was etching and someone used a dremel on it and ruined the etching. the good news is the scratching form the dremel wasn't to deep and i sanded them out. I was prepared to replace the scales and the blade shinned up pretty good. I can't make up my mind on whether to use bone or black horn or use the blonde horn with a matching side i have from a previous restore. If i can remember i will post a photo when i finish it. Oh and the sad part is i don't believe the blade has seen a hone since it left england.
