W. Smith, Lombard St. London
Yet another one. This one is a pretty heavy razor by William Smith of Lombard Street, London. He's listed in a few directories as a cutler/razor maker. This one is likely 1810-1820. The scales are brass-lined ivory and have scrimshawed "Use Me Well I'll Never Cut You".

Sweet! Now, I wonder if that is scrimshaw by hand or an 'acid etch'?

Very cool. Unusual to have ivory lined with metal ? I've pretty much always seen it with pearl, but I don't think I ever saw it with ivory.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Yes! While a much newer example, all is explained by Neil Miller here;

Extremely interesting !!!
I've had a project of scrimshaw on ivory for ages, and didn't progressed much because it's taking a lot of time and energy.
I've got acid, and everything needed to do acid etching, but never actually tried it on ivory !
