Thread: 9/8 Joseph Rogers Dutch Rattler & 4/8 Fredrick Reynolds Sheffield Straight Razor

Hello All,

This is the straight razor that made me want to start collecting straight razors back in 2012.
I don't remember exactly what I was looking up but once I saw Undream's 10/8 Dutch Rattler restoration I knew that I had to have one one day. Besides the overall craftsmanship of the resto, the shear size of the razor was such a draw for me. Now that I know how much restoring a blade costs I will have to make due with some elbow grease, knee grease, butt grease, Mother's polish and hope that someone here will leave me some Mammoth Ivory in their will as I wait to restore this

Not in the best condition but she's mine. Not the most rare straight razor to date but I am happy that I have one now (or at least that it's on it's way to me)!

Proud that I could debut it here amongst all of the other Dutch Rattlers on this forum. Now I can truly say that I am broke but without further adu.....I present
