    Made an offer on this and it was accepted. Really excited I'm gonna have my work cut out for me. I'm going to do lots of research and take my time I want a big old beauty when I'm done. Thanks for lookin

    It doesn't look like it needs a lot from that shot. You could go minimalist if you chose. Deep clean and a little polish and she could be golden. The scales look like they are in ok shape and could likely be saved too, however the issue is often that saving the old ones can be about the same amount of time as making new ones. Unless you are into the all original then many of them get discarded, I like it when the replacements are duplicates of the original, as opposed to a crazy design in toxic kirinite on a vintage blade. To each there own though. I'd like to see the end projects all the same.

    I really want to save as much as possible especially the scales. I agree they look as though they will clean up and be usable. I really want this to be a looker when I'm done after she arrives and I start I'll keep pics comin
