Saw this on the Bay, and thought it didn't look TOO bad and took a chance. All the spots turned out to be pitting and not just discoloration. The arthritis is being kind today so I put a little time on the blade faces. Not bad at all if I say so myself.

Looks like two different scale materials.
Some nice horn would look GOOD!

I have one like that with one horn and one wood scale. I actually like it that way. Whatever you decide, she's going to come out looking good.

I think I saw that one on the Bay. Remember something about 2 different scales. May not have been that one. Not sure.
