Default Italian Razor: C. Di Ricco & Figli Campobasso (ITALIA)

After a couple of shaves with this razor I thought I would post up my thoughts, FWIW.

I bid it in off the Bay. At what I would say was a very reasonable price. Probably since there is little (that I found) info on the web. If there is I apologize in advance.

It is just my type. 6/8ths. Extra Hollow ground.

First impression upon receiving it. Very good workmanship. It laid flat on the hones. Very easily I was able to put as good of an edge as I am capable of. Five uses in, it is holding that edge. As you would expect from a properly hardened blade made of quality steel.

I would not hesitate to recommend my fellow members here to check one out if the chance presents itself. If the QC was consistent at C. Di Ricco then I doubt you would be disappointed.

Never heard of this maker. What kind of point does it have?
