Default Another brush for the shelf

Stopped at a antique store on my way home from work Saturday. Only thing new since I was there last, was this Ever-Ready boar brush. Not much for boar, but I liked the handle, and it looked to have never been used. Gave the knot a few scrubbins, a shot of conditioner, and dried.

Cool handle but the knot looks kinda sad. I've got a couple of similar brushes that I plan to put new knots in... some day.

Its actually like new, albeit the knot still being a bit yellow. I've been running it through the wringer the last few days, and it works perty darn good, for a boar knot. As well as face lathering, its a top notch mug/ bowl brush too.

But like you, if it didn't live up to my expectations... I have a new knot in the workshop, ready to take its place.
