Thread: Amazing metal

Had to share this with y'all.
Working in the marine industry puts me in touch with some cool stuff for combating corrosion, scale, rust, oxidation, you name it.
The boss had put me on a detail job, that is going to a show. The bathroom fixtures were covered in corrosion, and light rust. Looked around the cleaning shelf for something to use on it, came across a can of 3M metal restorer/polish. I'd never used it before and figured...can't hurt. Here's the results.

I was impressed how fast and well it worked, I brought some home to see what it would do to a razor.
This was achieved in 10min. or less, using a rag in hand, and moderate pressure, then polished with micro fiber towel.
