I have just doubled my total number of strops last week, with these two

A DryGulch 3" Bridal with Hemp linen 2nd component.

And a Tony Miller 2.5" Bridal.

2 very different strops, the DryGulch is a medium draw (well the slower side of medium imho) which suits me fine as it's faster than my SRD latigo, the Miller is a fast draw, but wow is it ever so smooth.

My other strop is a vintage Horse shell, and thats got a quick draw, so I feel I have a nice progression draw wise,

If I just had to use one I would struggle to pick just one as they all have different thing to consider, ie...
size, length, handle, no handle, 2nd components, and of course the draw.
