Just got this in the mail 1/2 hour ago. Doesn't look like it will need much to clean up and as a bonus no cracks in the scales. Tomorrow is going to be fun getting her ready and honing her up.

Thanks. I had a George Buttler but unfortunately it had a cracked blade so I always kept an eye out for a replacement. Got lucky and found this one which unlike the first one had ivory scales. Like you I can't recall seeing one with ivory scales. Originally Posted by Grazor
