Thanked: 3226Bit of a bargain
I can't resist a bargain and beside I like my Omega boar brushes. That is not to mention the Omega soap is none too shabby either. Anyway I got the Omega set at Winners for $12.50 CAD/$ 10.00 USD/8.60 Euro/7.65 GBP. Think I covered all the bases.

Thanked: 4827I'm glad you got a bargain. I am most entertained by the multiple currency conversions. It should have everyone covered off.

The brush stand and case look handy for travel.
What scent is the cream?

I got that same set a few years ago in the U.S., but don't remember exactly what I paid except it was in USD.
I love the brush and still use it as part of my regular rotation. The soap used to be made by Proraso, and was the same as Proraso Green minus the menthol. If that's not it, it's really close. I imagine it's still the same. I like it too. The brush stand works for most smaller brushes quite well. It was probably one of the best shaving purchases I ever made for the cost. Enjoy!-Doug

I've never used a boar brush. Never saw the appeal, but so many people here seem to really like them. I think I might have to track one down. I have always assumed that they were stiff and scratchy, am I wrong? I expect very good for hard soaps though.
Fact: Opinions are not the same as facts... Well, that's my opinion anyway
