Default The littlest straight razor that ever there was!

Got this business card/promotional item for the Rodgers company recently and wanted to show it off. The "straight razor" charm looks to be a true wedge and measures an incredible 2.90mm or less than 1/8 inch in width. The scales do look to be genuine mother-of-pearl in my opinion, having that wonderful sheen and iridescence. The text on the back of the card is somewhat unusual as it says "Cutlers to Her Majesty"; I believe I have seen "Her Majesty" on a few Rodgers pieces (non-razors) but every Rodgers straight razor I have is stamped "Cutlers to Their Majesties". You can get a sense of scale from the penny and also from the 10/8 Rodgers.

I'm sure it's meant for detail work.

I had seen that and thought it was very cool.

If it isn't, then taping the spine is going to be a challenge.

That would probably place it in the period between 1860 (when Prince Albert died) and 1901 (when Queen Victoria died). After that it was all kings until 1952.

    What a wonderful piece.

Rodgers sure did a lot of stunt cutlery!
