Default Riga Razor 7/8 with Micarta Scales

I got this one in today from Griffith Shaving in Rhode Island.
It's 7/8 and has black micarta scales.
The edge looks terrific under my scope giving me high hopes for tomorrow's shave.

After all the hype about these razors I couldn't resist when I found this one.

    Giver a good stroppin, Pete.
And enjoy a well made razor.
I got the chance to honed a 10/8 Riga, and was astonished by the balance, and grind. It flowed so effortlessly on the hones, but hardest steel I've honed yet.
The shave was like a hot knife thru melted butter...effortlessly. [emoji18]

    Enjoy my friend.!!

Mike, all that I did was strop.
Surprisingly, it's the first new razor I've seen that actually looked shave ready under the scope.

Thanks Phrank, I'll put it on that thread too.
The grind of the blade is what got me hooked on this razor.
I think that they call it a fuller groove on a knife. I'm not sure what the correct terminology is for a razor.

Feels terrific in the hand. I was surprised how light that it feels for a 7/8.
    Balance is just perfect.

Congratulations Pete, that one is a feast for the eyes.
Is it made from his famed Tungsten steel?
