Speedster, Honing and stropping was unusual at first but other than that it was not really an issue.
Nothing is fool proof, to a sufficiently talented fool...

Wow that does look just the same as your Fenney. Mine was dang near a mirror polish when I bought it so I tried to get it back to that. Good luck with your restoration it's going to be a beauty.
