While it's fantastic that 2 razors arrived, regarding the 3rd...totally crappy!

I collect British WW1 medals and have had a couple of similar situations like yours, Zak with auction houses poorly packing valuable items. What I did was photograph the packing "handiwork" and then sent the pics to the auction house's management. It was extremely effective.

I've also done the same when the post office or UPS (exceptionally rare occurrences in comparison to the USPS) have mangled parcels. That was very helpful when I filed claims (and is powerful evidence if the there are hassles--only USPS in my experience thus far--with claim resolution or etc.).

When possible, I avoid the USPS and stick with FedEx, DHL, or UPS for high value or rare items...worth the extra expense when I have shipping choices.
