I just bought this razor on the auction site. I have high expectations for it. Maybe bone?
Tang reads:
C. Klauberg & Bros.
173 Williams St. NY
Made in Germany
Damascene

So, it is at least 100 years old.

Maybe it is bone. It kind of looks like it at the wedge end. It looks to be in nice condition.
