Here's a Bengall Cast Steel I found in an antique shop. It needs a little work, but it should be a fun project eventually.

Definitely a good project. Any insect damage to the scales or just some delamination that needs stabilizing? They will look a lot better after a soak and polish.

I think they just need some sanding and polishing and a soak in oil.

The blade itself has a flat spot near the heel, so that will need to be addressed.

Should clean up real nice, Mike. The wedge should give u plenty O room, for sanding.
