Lucky razor find
Good day all -
I am hoping to spread some luck around
I was lazily searching on some local classifieds for some tools and came across 2 razors, called the seller and snapped both of them up for probably 30% of what i would have spent buying similar on the bay. I took a bit of a gamble - I have never seen anything locally (I am in Manila, philippines) and straights are not well known. As i always spend on shipping for any shaving gear and wait weeks for it, given the price I figured the gamble worth it, even if the blades were damaged slightly and needed some work
I managed to get them delivered and they are NOS - untouched in their boxes with all the paperwork to boot. I now they're not the rarest of razors or some of the hardest to obtain, but a solid addition to the den and i am pretty satisfied. Especially given what i paid for them
I think ill use the opportunity of having 2 brand new razors, exactly the same, for some stone comparisons. I havent got too wide a variety of stones but it will be fun nonetheless.
Stay safe everyone!
