Don't know if that helps or not. There is a name on the box but you know how that goes. Maybe it's original, maybe it's not

This one only says Garantie. Probably some other not so famous manufacturer or something along those lines I would guess.
It shaves very well regardless.

I'd say it is a dead certainty that it is a German made razor being marked Solingen much the same way a blade marked Sheffield is made in England.
