    Default 2 rescaled

    Here are 2 I did this week. One is bone and the other acrylic. Now I need to hone them.

    Preshaped scales on Amazon?
    Nice razors, they look good all ready to hone.
    That 49 will take a lovely edge and shave like a dream.

    Nice work for pre made scales. If i had to find something to bitch about ... Try to get you pins aproximately the same distance from each end. Its not a big deal but something to think about next time. As long as the blades center and close with enough tightness is the main thing. All in all a nice job. Now hone em up.

    I really like the acrylic scales but you bought up a point I never even thought of.

    When I get to try and scale a razor for the firs time I will need to get the pins even so thank you for that little gem.

    Yes preshapped. I think I will need to swap the blade for. The 49 is a bit close to the bottom of the scale

    Yea I screwed up. Should have worn my glasses. But I was excited to get it pinned. First time in many years since I rescalled a razor
