    Default G.W. CANUCK?

I'm new here so first, Hello everyone. I don't know squat about this straight so I'm hoping someone here is familiar with this. I picked this up
on a whim, the only razor in the whole market, and I got it. under $40.00
    So ........did I get fleeced?
I haven't cleaned it yet, feels like it had some kind of oil on it

No. More like you did the fleecing....

Get it honed, you stole that thing, and you should not sleep well with your guilty conscience. In fact, you can send it to me and I assure you, your conscience will feel so much better.

I'm also pretty new, but from what I've read around here, the Sheffield stamp is a good sign. Hopefully some of the local experts will chime in and give you a more certain answer.

Great deal! I don't think I've heard of a George "Canuck" before!

Sorry to hear you're planning on getting rid of it. It's a great looking razor at a great price. Plus, that's really cool how you're from Canada and you found a "Canuck" razor as your first one. That's like Arthur finding Excalibur in the stone - it was destined to be his and his alone!

Keep it. Hone it. Shave with it. In which city did you find it?

Hi, I found it about an hour or so east of Toronto at an indoor flea market. It was purchased the other day by some SRP members for another member whose wife just had a baby, they had me send it to a pro for sharpening.
