    Smile Info junky-need more

    Great info on the Canuck razor thanks, got a couple more straights if you folks wouldn't mind helping out. First, how do I get these clean, they have no rust or chips - they just look dirty

    Those should both make good shavers......I usually wipe them down with rubbing alcohol and then clean the blade and scales with MAAS (or whatever metal polishing cleaner you can get in Canada). Then you'll need them honed so they are shave-ready.

    Some people like to really get them polished to a nice shine, but I am one of the other group who likes the natural patina of the original blade. Get it clean and sharp and she's all good!
