"The World's Finest Razor!"
Yes, this was a bit more than 100, but the condition is a bit better too, so I figure it's not bad.
If you believe in marketing spiel you would know that it's "made from a special Swedish alloy steel" and uses "a new process of electrical hardening accompanied by deep freezing at extremely low temperatures". As far as whether it "lasts longer than any razor you have ever used before" that's yet to be determined.
Anyways, it's funny I get the one razor I haven't really been after - that's why is good to keep friends around
Anyways, enjoy the pictures

Wonderful blade. Enjoy it. This is one blade I have yet to add to my collection. Hopefully someday

Thanked: 1The claim of "World's Finest Razor" has me wondering: was the Wonderedge the top of the DD line or was that even less common DD nicknamed "the grim reaper" it's premier razor?
In any case, you got a great looker there! Hope it shaves as nice as it looks! I'm still waiting on my eBay WE, which wasn't nearly in such nice condiion.

I believe the DD Lifetime(reaper) was the top of the line with dubl ducks.

As I said I'm not a duck expert but I thought that Lifetime was an earlier incarnation of the Wonderedge. BTW this razor came with a 'comb guard' that goes over the blade. The edge ends right in the middle of the teeth so it certainly meant for hairstyling.
And the stamping on it says 'Lifetime Razor'.

When I saw "Worlds finest razor" I thought you had gotten yourself a Chronic!

Oh, you mean perhaps 'the Chronic' . Well as far as I'm aware that one is 'the best razor ever, period', so yeah... I know it's important to be precise. I believe this one needs to be stropped between shaves, though - still long way to beat 'the best'
But no, I was just typing off the label... still haven't tried it - I'm curious if it's shave-ready. Even if it was used before, they kind of make you think it'll almost never need a hone. I believe the satinedge paperwork promises 75-100 shaves between hones and this one should last longer, so I'd say at least 76-101 shaves
