At long last, I have some pictures to show of it!

I think she is a beauty!!

Definitely 1890's or older!

According to Goins, unless I read it wrong, Joseph Mappin quit operating under that name in 1848

And thanks, I think she's a real beaut too

I have no idea if it's worth anything, though. As you may have noticed from the picture, there's some definate pitting.

You are right about the year! As far as pitting goes, thats the residue of its life and written within these pits are the histories of its previous owners! In other words, it adds character to the razor!!

I like it.

Thanks, I really love the razor myself. I'd really like to be able to figure out an approximate value on it, but I don't intend on selling it so I guess it doesn't really matter.
