    Default Fancy W&B 7/8 Wedge

So, I was in an antique store the other day and saw tis baby... I had to rescue it, the scale damage was done at the shop, it was in the bottom of a box of stuff and took a beating, though I could not find the little piece...

That grey area is the spacer, that is a chunk of the scales missing... It breaks my heart, I've never come across a W&B with scales like that before. I'm in the process of making a deal with someone in the area on it, but I realized I have no idea what a fair price for it is. I'm going to polish and hone it for them... But I'm going to have to sell it as I'm not set up to make scales and can't afford to have it done.

So, I'm really hoping some people will chime in, what's it worth? The blade, other than being too dull to cut butter without being heated is in good condition, a touch of mild pitting but no chips or dings. Nothing a good polishing won't make look okay.

Sweet looking razor and very unusual scales....but then again, I'm not telling you anything you don't already know.

    Default Well...

Well, my deal with the fellow seems to be proceeding, though he's going to hone and polish it himself... Does anyone have any idea on what would be a fair (to both parties) price for it?

    Default Well...

The current offer on the table for it is thirty dollars. What does everyone think? I'd really like some feedback on it. I don't really want to stall the guy on the deal, but at the same time I don't want to just throw an uninformed value on the razor. I've never really seen a Butcher like this.
