Default Gift from my wife GP Scuttle

Well today is my 9th anniversary but Heather and I exchanged gifts last night. We have stuck with giving the traditional gifts so far, the 9th being pottery. This is a lovely scuttle that she got me from Georgetown Pottery. It has an interior diameter of 4 1/2 inches and the bowl interior is 2 1/2 inches deep. I haven't used it yet, but I will before work tonight and will report on it later. She also purchased four Mama Bear soaps for me which unfortunately haven't arrived yet, something else for me to look forward too.

Just looking at yours, I can tell the design has improved since mine was made. Not that I don't love mine, but the larger spout on the jacket more pronounced ridges in the bowl would be nice. You've also got the full jacket, which isn't apparent in the pictures.

She's a beauty and I know for a fact you'll fully enjoy her. It's very thoughtful, and clever, of your wife to get you a scuttle.

I used it tonight and all I can say is WOW! I used a Sandalwood AOS puck and it erupted when I put it in the scuttle. The lather quickly builds with much finer bubbles, very creamy with out drying out at all on my face after stropping. Second and third pass; with the addition of a little water (just got the tips of the brush wet) each re-lather was just as warm and creamy as the first. Since I ended up washing a bit of lather down the drain , I think I can cut back on how much soap I use. Thank you Heather!
