    Default new cigar box

Just wanted to show of the new cigar box oldblades made for me!!! this thing is awesome. It will hold at least 3 cigars and fits in your shirt pocket. The design matches to one on my leg it really rocks. the wood is cherry and I will do a review as soon as it arrives!

A very nice box indeed. I am curious about the choice of wood; was there any reason to choose cherry over anything else?

Cherry is light but strong wood. It also is a tight grain wood which engraves well. other then that it was what I had on hand at the time.
    Thanks

Thanks for clearing that up, Tim. I was wondering if perhaps it had something to do with the intended purpose (holding cigars) i.e. humidors are Spanish Cedar. It sounds like that was not a reason though.
