Beautiful set and Taylor's made a darn good razor. Made some good pocket knives too. AFAIC that was a good deal. Not a high price for what you have there.

The "Ready For Use" stickers that the Cutlery works put on the inside of the box makes me think that they did some touch up honing on those razors prior to selling them. I bet that's why you're seeing a touch of honing wear.

Taylor Eye Witness also has the advantage of being one of the cooler names for a straight razor - all business. I've wanted one just for the name and the eye, so cool.

Thats the only thing, I so wish this had the key, it's so complete and then no key I asked her and she said there was no key for it, so the poor guy is probably sitting in a dusty drawer in an abandonded house somewhere....
