Beautiful set and Taylor's made a darn good razor. Made some good pocket knives too. AFAIC that was a good deal. Not a high price for what you have there.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

The "Ready For Use" stickers that the Cutlery works put on the inside of the box makes me think that they did some touch up honing on those razors prior to selling them. I bet that's why you're seeing a touch of honing wear.
THANK YOU! for sharing that incredible set. 400 bucks? I'da paid double that, and been happy. I'm all giddy, and they're not even mine!

Very nice 7 day set. I am sure we all dream of finding a set in such great condition, at least I do! Hope you get great shaves from them for a long time.

Wow, very nice. That is a lifetime find in that condition, I think.
Taylor Eye Witness also has the advantage of being one of the cooler names for a straight razor - all business. I've wanted one just for the name and the eye, so cool.
