The Scuttle...
I through in a picture of this scuttle I pickd up in an antique shop in Victoria, B.C. (Canada). I paid way too much for this scuttle, but I just had to have it. It was actually made in 1937, commeorating the coronation of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth. They actually visited Canada that year.
I see this scuttle showing up at an "Antuques Roadshow" future TV show. What'll it be worth?

Actually, I do have neighbor kids who visit + a couple of female teenages(family). There are three girls and one boy that visit - + sometimes their friends. Where I'm going with this is the females could care less about str8 razors, or anything to do with shaving, as a rule. Anyway, Everyone knows how passionate - and paranoid I am about my razors. My bathroom is not really used by any guests, and I don't keep straights in the guest bathroom.

Do you take showers in this bathroom. I would think humidity caused by steam might cause some problems with the displayed razors.

A good question!
I have no probems with humidity. Perhaps the reasons are: The area I live in, Southern Idaho (high desert), is low in humidity, I shower with the door open (I live alone), and I keep a film of Camelia Oil on the piviot pin and the entire blade of all my rzors.

Oh my GOD! I think I died and gone to heaven! How do you decide which razor to use? Very impressive!

Thats got to be the most impressive collection I've seen for some time & there's me thinking of downsizing again. When all I really need is a few more razors to help with my constantly demanding RAD.Paul
