Anitique Store Duck
First off sorry the Pics suck I am away from home and my camera so for now this is what I have. 6/8 Dubl Duck Satinedge Pearlduck. It appears to have never been honed. Has some light tarnish but nothing that should stick when I get home to clean it. There is no pitting at all.
Me and my brother were out of town working and had time to kill so off to the antique stores we went. We walked in one and I asked the guy if he had any razors he said yes right here (all the ones he had were just sitting out on a shelf) I was the first to grab when I saw the clear scales (I thought my brother was going to tackle me and take it because he saw it too i was just a little quicker) There was a price tag on the blade, which was really cheap, and as soon as I picked it up the guy said he would take less for it. The price, well lets just say it was very very cheap So as I paid the guy he dug out a some boxes and low and behold he had the box. I will post some better pics in the workshop after I get home and get it cleaned up!!
Sorry Phill!!! (Phill is my brother)

Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Congrats on a great antique shop find!! I can't read enough of these stories. looks like it will clean up nicely. If this story doesn't strike up your RAD nothing will.

Thanked: 488In this little west central part of Missouri there are tons of antique stores and they see me often. They can't get them in as fast as I want to get more---LOL!
