True, a couple of these are going to need some serious work. Trying to figure out if we can save the etching on the W&B, It's heavily tarnished but not pitted

Very cool. I think the smiley wedge is my favorite...nice, rustic look.

The Marshes and Shepherd is wonderful! But, for pure shaving excellence, I would bet on your Taylor Eye Witness. I have one very like yours ( 3 pin celluloid 6/8) in mint condition that is one of the finest shavers in my collection. The tin box is a very nice accessory, too! Good hunting expedition, to be sure.

Nice haul. If the smiley wedge could talk I bet it would have some tales to tell.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

The pocketknife guys would probably go crazy over the Robeson and Case, something old is going on with that Marshes&Shepherd that makes it pretty neet.

If you look close the toe on the Marsh and Sheppard is a true spike point. It's hard to see in the picture unless you look close. The bevel side of the blade is further from the tang than the spine. It's also a full wedge. When I saw that I knew it was coming home with me. Two layers of tape and 22 minutes of honing and it was as sharp as any of my razors. I expected to be honing away on it for quite some time especially since I took it to the buffer with a loose canvas wheel and some polishing compound. Hope to shave with it within the next week as already have a bunch of straights queued up waiting for a first shave and a seven day set I promised my son we would shave through. Maybe one of those in the queue will get bumped.

I'm very happy with the Robeson being the larges Robeson I have at 6/8s. The Case is nice but I have some pitting I have to hone out. I was working on it yesterday and stopped for a call and never made it back. Maybe tonight or tomorrow.
