    Default My first Custom Straight

After much deliberation of about 2 days after seeing this Beauty for the first time in the Marketplace, I knew that I wanted it! It had to travel half of the world to get to me and, for logistical reasons, I had to wait a few weeks before finally laying hands on it and the blade laying its edge on my chin and my cheeks...but damn', it was worth it! It is not that it shaves so much better then my Grelot, but it does shave extremely well. The reason why I decided to dish out the bucks was that i personally think it is an absolutely gorgeous razor. And it is rather unique, as is the case with all Custom Razors I believe (I have yet to see two of the same in that field..)
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Arms, ahem , I mean in Razors, may I present you my very first Custom Str8:

Congratulations! I really like the lines on that razor. Are the scales horn?

Thank you! Yes, the scales are translucent horn. The blade is about 1/4 grind Carbon steel.
