Not sure what the hone is. It's about 8 inches long. What about it makes you believe it's a coti? We are going to try to get a close up picture of the hone later tonight.
The EBOR razor looks to be a John Watt, the last couple of letters are hard to read on the tang, but appear to be "tt". It says "cutler to her majesty" and "Sheffield Eng" I would call this one a 1/4 hollow although it is very close to being a wedge“If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got.” (A. I'll see what I can do later this evening. If I have a pic in my database it will be easy. If I have to physically put my hands on the razor it may take a few days. There be razors all over the the place!
Jr is with us for his first summer vacation visit so we went to a few estate sales, flea markets and some antiquing. We picked up more 20 razors, cleaned up some, buffed a few more and hit some with the greaseless. At least 20 have been honed up and ready for a shave. Cleanup and honing was performed this past weekend. Jr took the pics and I am trying to find some time to get them posted. Soon I hope.“If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got.” (A. Einstein)
