Another rack
Yep.
Recently i decided to do something maybe useful, so i made a razor rack for seven razors (well i don't have that many, but maybe some day i will).
I had some extra wood from making new panels for my sauna, so all it took was 2 evenings, little planning and work in my garage and here's the result. Not a masterpeace, but enough for me.
The wood is Common Alder (Alnus glutinosa), widely known for it's ability to withstand moisture. I also wiped the rack with tar to give it some colour. Tar is traditionally used to seal wooden boats. The last layer is a mixture of melted bees wax, tar and terebinth so moisture will be no problem for my rack.

Nice work Sailor.
The natives must be getting to you, your rack has a very Scandinavian look to it.
