    Default Finally ordered a new straight!

    Just figured I would share 'cause I'm excited!

    Been shaving with a straight, picked one up from a great member here, for about a month and a half. Ever since the first shave I have been hooked and just placed my order for a Dovo Perlex so hopefully it will be here for Christmas. The "honing for as long as you own the razor" was a huge incentive and thanks Lynn for offering that.

    My first, new straight razor was terribly exciting...to say the least. Smart move with the lifetime honing too...you'll not regret that. He, he..

    Congrats. There are a lot of nice new razors out there... I just can't afford the ones I like.

    Well after some time with my new Perlex all I can say is WOW! I love this thing, all around I think it is a very nice razor that gives a great shave.
