Finally ordered a new straight!
Just figured I would share 'cause I'm excited!
Been shaving with a straight, picked one up from a great member here, for about a month and a half. Ever since the first shave I have been hooked and just placed my order for a Dovo Perlex so hopefully it will be here for Christmas. The "honing for as long as you own the razor" was a huge incentive and thanks Lynn for offering that.
I'll update when I get it...

My first, new straight razor was terribly exciting...to say the least. Smart move with the lifetime honing too...you'll not regret that. He, he..

Congrats. There are a lot of nice new razors out there... I just can't afford the ones I like.

Well after some time with my new Perlex all I can say is WOW! I love this thing, all around I think it is a very nice razor that gives a great shave.

Thanks, was actually thinking of shooting Lynn an email and working something out with him for some photos for his site. Always worth a try right?
