Skydds- means protect(ed/ing/ion) and märke is mark or brand, so: '(registered) trademark'. Compare the German 'Schutzmarke'.

Thanked: 1Hi there I was googling after Helleberg razor because I got one. Like the razor I'm swedish to. The meaning of the etching you could see like a warning sign: Not any longer than this! When you have honed the razor so many times that its up to the mark of the etching the razor has reached the end of its life span and you should get a new one. Think I gonna find much to read on this forum .
