Ingredients: Duck tape, wire, cardboard tube (...ahem... you know what kind) and plastic tubing.

Cost to make: about 10 cents not including what your time is actually worth. This was an absolute necessity for me since our bathroom's the size of a broom closet and the medicine cabinet's real estate is an issue, hey it works and it fits!
