    Hi Kenny1775;

    I like it. The question is how does it shave? It should do wonders around the mustache and side burns.

    You know, those could be excellent trimmers/ detail razors...

    ...my interest in the mini-sharps is piqued once more!

    Pretty cool, I look forward to a shave report. I could see how it would be a great detail razor for those who have some facial hair.

    It's definitely a different experience shaving with it: first of all it's at least an 8/8, and it's quite heavy compared with the blades I'm used to (5/8 and smaller, hollow and extra-hollow). It's also ground like a Japanese straight with one relatively flat side and the other side a bit of a wedge.

    The weight of the razor seems to just bulldoze through whiskers, and it feels very easy to manoeuver around the face without having to worry about scales. I also find that the short length (1 1/2") makes it a super precise instrument.

    All in all a wonderful aquisition

    Yup, I'm totally going to be getting a Japanese straight next purchase.
