Two razors purchased from estate sale
I bought these two razors yesterday at an estate sale held in a small neighborhood antique shop. The owner was nice enough to take my number and call me for any razors that come in. I can't say I'm partial to the stainless steel scales. The top one has no name or writing on it and the bottom is a solingen. At $6 each, I couldn't pass them up but I'm not sure what to do with them. Is there some method of cleaning/polishing them? Perhaps some kind of soak or commercial stainless steel cleaner?
I'm no expert but it seems that they have been poorly honed especially the top one.
I wish I could find out more about them. The larger one looks a little like one of my Wade and Butchers but there is not a bit of writing on it. Any help would be appreciated.

that rust on the smaller one looks scary.
as far as cleaning steel, sanding would be the way to go, i think.
