    Default 7/8 Friodur in Black Acrylic with faux MOP Inlay

    I acquired this razor and the set of scales from everyone's favorite German, BeBerlin. They made their way from Robin, to Lynn, to me.

    The Razor:
    This razor is my new favorite. Even though Lynn has not learned how to pass the HHT yet, the man can hone a razor

    The Scales:
    Robin added these excellent scales to the package due to a small crack in the originals. They were made by SRP's own oldblades for Robin last year. http://straightrazorpalace.com/custo...ic-scales.html
    They fit the Friodur Perfect.

    I'm glad they found a new home. Tim made them for me because I urgently wanted to replace these: W&B Bow w/ Spalted Sycamore. Nice in the pictures, but somewhat clunky in reality. They made somebody else very happy, though. Anyhow, Tim's somehow didn't quite fit the Bow, so Brad came up with these for it: Wade & Butcher "Bow" in Black Horn + Bolsters (and unlike Tim, he had the actual razor with him, which might have helped *harrumph*). So, all good, everybody happy - what more can you ask for?

    Ah yes. Massive thanks and kudos to Andreas for getting me in touch with the gentlemen who sold me two of these for an extremely nice price.

    Do those scales qualify for frequant flier miles. They do look good on that blade.

    Glad you're enjoying it! Mine's been a favourite for a long time now. Whenever a new blade comes along it turns my head for a while, but every time i go back to that Friodur i wonder why i ever stray!
