Default Love that antiques shop !

    Hey Guys !

Man I should've visited that local antiques shop sooner !

Attached is a pic of today's catch:

    1 x W&B wedge blade

    1 x P.A. Whitmore MACK

1 x Griffon XX Carbo Magnetic w/ non-original (didn't know at first LOL !) RedPoint scales

1 x Argus (French) "Special pour toutes barbes" w/ nice goldwash

I am pretty excited about both the W&B WEDGE. The look the lady gave me when I insisted on her handing me that orphan blade was priceless. I would love to get very cool custom scales for it.

Also, I like the Mack very much. Very nice condition, though not as shiny as the one Glen posted last year (http://straightrazorpalace.com/workshop/18848-mack.html)

Have a great Saturday night Folks !

All great blades, congrats! I love when people look at me like I'm a maniac because I hit antique shops for old razors.

The person who visits that same antique store after you probably hates it because they never have any good straights. Damned collectors. They buy all the good razors before I can.

By the way, congratulations on a great score.

    I'm jealous.

As long as they leave some of the NON cracked ones behind, I've got stuff to go threw Bugger seeing a lovely W&B for $10 (very late model) and see a crack that will be about the size of a dime when it lets go I still may go get it... Parts is Parts...
